"We had six new windows installed in our home during our home renovation. The windows were installed in various locations throughout our home including the restrooms, entryway, living room, and bedroom. Due to the proximity of the neighboring home, we needed to have the newly installed windows frosted for privacy. We reached out to several vendors for quotes but ultimately ended up working with Hamid from Artint as he provided us with varying film options that would meet the requirements of my project and ultimately offered a competitive price. The same level of professionalism and communication carried out through the entire project. On his first day out (during our active construction site), Hamid advised that we reschedule -given all the dust from our workers. About a week later Hamid's team came out again and installed the film. I pay close attention to details and expect a product or a service to be delivered as advertised. Upon inspection of one of the windows, I noticed a corner of one of the windows appeared a bit frayed. Once I brought this to Hamid's attention he acknowledged it and immediately offered to reinstall the entire window to rectify the problem.
